He assisted us in a rental condo that was a bit complicated but he handled it with ease. And literally a year after we rented through him I was out of town and needed a huge favor (involving sensitive papers that were delivered while we were out of town). Not knowing anyone in town that we trusted, we called Victor and he went to my house and handled the issue, asking nothing in return. If you need a rental or looking to buy in the area you cannot go wrong hiring him to help you out! He’s a stand up guy!!
